Monika Anna Dębska-Pastakia, Partner and Chairman of the Board at Knight Frank Sp. z o.o. She is a chartered surveyor, licensed broker, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Survyeors (RICS) since 1991 and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in the UK since 1989. She is also a RICS accredited Commercial Mediator in real estate.

Monika has 30 years’ experience in development and financial real estate consulting, valuations as well as strategic portfolio and asset management. She graduated in Town Planning at the South Bank University in London and Estate Management at the College of Estate Management Reading University in the UK. In 1987 she began her professional career at Montagu Evans in London as a development consultant. In 1991 she joined Price Waterhouse and gained extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In 1995 she became a Director at Price Waterhouse Nieruchomości. Since 1998 she holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Partner at Knight Frank in Poland. She is currently overseeing strategic asset management, portfolio management and valuation service lines.

In 2011 – 2014 she was the Chairman of the Board of RICS Poland. She is currently a Chairman of the RICS Alternative Dispute Resolution working party with an objective to introduce mediations to the real estate market in Poland.
