As employee I worked as a Manager in Project management – Sales – Procurement Management.

In 2011 focus was in facilitating transformation (cultural design, Mergers&Acquisition, efficiency) saved a lot of money for organizations but was able to touch hearts at all levels!
Since 2017 focus on Happiness@Work.
Today with Blissfull@Work I whisper how you can create a happy & engaging workplace for your people.
I was Born to Bring happiness into lives.
I am constantly on the look for possibilities with a strong presence and commitment to promoting REAL values to enhance work and CORPORATE culture.
I believe in the lead by example and with authenticity – manage, mentor and grow teams through integrity, accountability, honesty and in consideration for the individual and the good of the whole; demonstrating emotional intelligence, strong leadership, and mentoring skills.
I believe in integrity, sincere behavior and dealings with others; taking responsibility for my actions and follow through on promise and request; treat others with respect; work for the good of the business, and the good of the whole.
I take on a passionate approach towards all tasks in a wholehearted and enthusiastic manner.
I look beyond the obvious to develop CREATIVE and IMPACTFUL solutions for the better good.
I don’t want to engage but fulfill and promote the value and responsibility of working in a team. Look for the potential of employee happiness, productivity, energy, and creativity.
Strive to achieve excellence in business, team, and work, define, implement, monitor and provide coaching concerning operational processes and excellence, with the overall objective to constantly improve processes focusing on a higher goal.
WORK needs to be ENGAGING, CREATIVE and SPARK CURIOSITY.
IT NEVER GETS EASIER YOU JUST GET BETTER.
I act on a simple belief that we can build a happier tomorrow, together. There are always more challenges to solve, more issues to overcome, and more relations to work on.
As a leader in a business which is involved in communities, I listen and focus on giving the most to inspire teams and individuals in the ever-changing work environment.
The greatest thing about being an entrepreneur is doing what I love: help people grow in their community by experiencing the advantages of POSITIVITY WITHIN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
My clients reach out to when their organizations are lacking the results they are looking for, especially if they fail to align their workforce with the company’s goal.
Originally working with computer science I have realized that I am less for the code and more for changing the way people were working and mainly approaching and solving problems at the workplace. Since then I am listening, guiding, and making organizational change wherever I go.
My approach has high attention to the individual human element and deep knowledge of complex adaptive systems. I support you and your team to unravel puzzling hurdles. I’ve helped ordinary people work together to create awesome teams and products.
I help you to have the will to change your environment and methods to maximize the productivity and value of a team.
I founded BESK, an agile product and education company. We host trainings and spread Scrum-happiness at conferences wherever we go.
If you’d like to work with BESK for our analysis or hire me to speak at your event, please reach out through beskgroup.com or drop me a LinkedIn message.

Sci-fi and heavy music fan off hours, addicted to continuous improvement of competences.
I believe that the best kind of patients is the ones having been healed and taught how to take care of themselves. The ones who will never have to come back to you (unless they have some new major issue, never tackled before), as they know what makes them feel better and what causes problems with their health. This is why I teach my clients not only what they should eat to feel better but also what lifestyle changes could prove beneficial and I give them practical tools to manage their energy throughout the day so they can enjoy their life whatever they do.
I am particularly interested in dealing with loneliness, depression, stress and autoimmune diseases, which often overlap and make life impossible to bear, as I have experienced these issues first-hand and/or in my closest family. I was however extremely lucky, as I had found a supportive environment, which, coupled with my long-life passion for sports and healthy lifestyle, gave me an amazing opportunity to develop my skills and find myself in a position where I am now able to help other people suffering from similar conditions. Thanks to many therapies I have gone through and a regular practice of meditation, I am now in a point where I rediscover myself every day and I find the resources and strength that I need to follow my own path, together with the clarity to make the right choices. I also do my best to stay connected to my source of kindness and understanding (towards others and myself) when things don’t go as smooth as they could and I incorporate NVC principles wherever I can.
I have been working with individual clients for 4 years, using my signature method, based on a combination of bulletproof scientific knowledge, functional medicine, and holistic therapies, together with mindfulness, coaching and different nutritional modalities. With my clients we work as a team, so that they have all the tools and knowledge they need to live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives. At the same time I help companies take care of their employees’ health – I give workshops on healthy lifestyle and nutrition, and I am the founder and manager of the Corporate Wellness Club.
Initially holding a double Master in Economy and having followed an international career in marketing and project management, I was very much guided throughout my life along a parallel path – the one of discovery of human nature and secrets of human health. To find myself today as a certified Nutrition Coach (at Ben Coomber’s Bodytype Nutrition Academy), certified Polarity Therapist, certified Personal Trainer, certified Horse-riding Instructor (specializing in dressage), having also finished a Transpersonal Coaching Training (by Jarosław Gibas) and numerous trainings in functional nutrition.
In the parallel reality I’m a mum to a great teenager and together we do our best to understand and soothe Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD and our cat, Armani.

For me, meditation practice is honest and authentic being in this moment. Just as it is. Without masks. Without anything else. I’ve been meditating since I can remember. As a child I often sat still, in silence, relaxing in presence, not calling it meditation but simply feeling the peace and happiness of unlimited Being. It was just the most pleasurable, natural and spontaneous expression of me, with which I filled the majority of my free time. And the nature surrounding the home I was raised in gave me a beautiful refuge to Be in. Looking, listening, feeling. At my family home, Zen meditation was an everyday occurrence. Within our attic was situated a large Zendo (meditation space), where regular intensive retreats were held. As a result I’ve been connected to the powerful energy of a group practice since childhood, and the memory of that has stayed with me since.
My initial higher education was as a graphic artist. After studying at the Academy Of Fine Arts in Cracow my wild and free nature started to expand and fly beyond the confines of the painter’s canvas. I began travelling and meeting people from all over the world. And at the same time, I started the process of gradually letting go of the rigid beliefs and structures of my family, school, religion and culture. I am discovering who I am, opening for unlimited possibilities, seeing and feeling the richness of the world and the people living in it. I’m realizing the limitlessness of the mind is. I’m discovering an inner strength borne out of the essential and undeniable freedom of my spirit. Spiritual practice is becoming free from illusory thoughts, beliefs and habitual, long worn out ‘doings’ that are no longer serving us and our truth. This process is inextricably connected with the pain of loss and the risks of change, which cannot be stopped when we are really being in the flow of life.
This is the path of an open heart, which lets everything run through it, and at the same time is radical in rejecting anything that is illusion. In my heart I hold tremendous gratitude for all the beings who have assisted me and still do in this change. In whose eyes I can see that they see what I see. For those that are like mirrors who cry and laugh with me …
Thank you.
I graduated as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 2006. and I am certified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher. Since 2010, I’ve been leading regular 8 week Mindfulness MBSR courses, group meditations and retreats. Being with people on a deep and real level is simply the biggest passion of my life.

I have always felt one with nature and the animals, have sensed their vulnerability with my artistic soul – so I have been meditating and eating vegan since I can remember. Therefor a wide spectrum of my first professional experiences: sports instructor (mainly horse-riding), zoo-physiotherapist and photographer.
I am naturally optimistic and trusting. I love sharing my knowledge, healing people and animals, showing the beauty and fragility of the world through photography and other forms of art (lately ceramics).
I have discovered My Way in the field of Martial Arts (among others), when studying Tai Chi – Yang style since 2005 and Chen for last 3 years, as well as the underlying and deeply connected practice of Qi Gong, which brings amazing results as it comes to energy work.
I was also very much inspired by ReiKi techniques and became a Master Healer, which gave me a new level of self-confidence and added a new healing modality to my toolkit, giving me a powerful way of helping other beings – both human and animal.
It is my current mission to teach different movement and energy practices in order to improve the mental and physical health and wellbeing of my clients. Using this bespoke combination of modalities, I became the first person in Poland and one of the first in the world, helping equestrian riders improve their body awareness and make faster progress in the art of horse-riding (www.taichidlajezdzcow.pl).
I know from experience that practicing Tai Chi improves our lives on more levels than we could ever imagine, therefore I recommend each and everyone to give it a try, as it can become a gateway to a better life for many. That is also why I work with the companies who want to take care of their employees, working under pressure and lacking time for sports. Tai Chi is not only a great way to relax and enter into a gentle contact with our bodies and hidden emotions. It is also a deep spiritual practice and it is said that through its practice one can gain “the flexibility of a child, the strength of a lumberjack and the mind of a sage”.

I’m a professional physiotherapist and I offer a wide variety of different kinds of massage therapies to my clients depending on the problems and pains they have. I work both with patients who need a thorough rehabilitation after injuries or accidents, as well as with people who prefer preventive actions and come to me before they actually start experiencing pain or discomfort. This is actually one of the moments when I feel the most satisfaction at my work – when thanks to the education, which I provide along the treatments, my patients begin to notice how much we can do together beforehand – to prevent the injury from even happening, to prepare their bodies for high performance.
This is actually my second passion – sharing knowledge – and it works miracles when taken to the next level while working with larger groups. That is why I like working with companies and educating employees as to how they can take care of their bodies during office hours and after work. They learn about what exercises they can do during the breaks, why moving is so important and how to overcome small ailments. But above all, they learn how to prevent pain, which is a real plague of todays’ world and a source of elevated stress levels in modern workspaces. And this is how the vicious circle forms for many, as many disorders afflicting my clients take their source directly in chronic stress.
I have graduated from Social Academy of Sciences in Warsaw (with Masters in Physiotherapy). During my studies, I did a 3-months long internship in Chec Republic’s most renowned sanatorium – Lazne Teplice. I have an extensive experience gained both in hospital environment (neuro-rehabilitation) and private clinics.
I am a constant learner, I continuously extend my knowledge, going to trainings and conferences, so as to be able to best serve and help my patients. Latest to-date is my discovery of the therapy of temporal-mandibular joints, which proves particularly helpful when relieving patients with high sensitivity to stress and trismus.

He is passionately seeking ways to discover and maximize the use of human resources in business.
