Thanks to the organization of the International Happiness at Work Summit, we see a huge opportunity to share knowledge and promote the idea of happiness at work, positive psychology at work as well as the position of the Chief Happiness Officer – on the Polish and international arena. Coach, trainer, on top of being a scientist and a nurse, dancer, mum3and spouse, Pauline has spent the last 5 years of her carreer accompanying employees through change, focusing more specifically on increasing engagement level and wellbeing at work. She strongly believes in human potential and helps people to leverage on their strengths to reach their goals, individually and in teams.
With a master’s degree in psychology, Maja is employed in Vega IT company as a Chief People Officer. In the company, she found what she has always wanted to do – together with her colleagues, she tries to make every day more pleasant and better for all the members of the team, and build the culture that encourages diversity, timely feedback and the right to make mistakes. In addition, she has been attending the course in cognitive behavioural coaching, REBT (Rational Emotional Behaviour Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Proud single parent for over 18 years of 3 young adults.
As employee I worked as a Manager in Project management – Sales – Procurement Management.
2008 started with Balanceboost, HR consulting.
In 2011 focus was in facilitating transformation (cultural design, Mergers&Acquisition, efficiency) saved a lot of money for organizations but was able to touch hearts at all levels!
Since 2017 focus on Happiness@Work.

Luisa Tuzza is a consultant, trainer, and coach who helps people and organizations to achieve happiness through the expression of their talent and their uniqueness.
Before founding Être – The well-being of people and organizations, Luisa spent over 20 years in the commercial department of a fast-moving consumer goods corporate, first dealing with customer management and trade marketing and then taking on the responsibility for training, organizational development, and internal communication. After a successful career in the development of people, in the implementation of important change management projects and in the organization of internal processes, Luisa now helps companies and individuals to be the best version of themselves, expressing their full potential.

Aurelie aspires to increase the awareness on happiness at work in companies and help leaders and employees being successful by creating more work-related happiness in their teams. She learnt about the topic of happiness at work from experts worldwide, became a Chief Happiness Officer in 2017 and created an approach which tackles crucial topics such as behaviour, communication, empathy and trust within companies. Aurelie is originally from the south of France, married to her polish husband, mother of 2 and has been in Switzerland for more than 10 years after living and working in various positions in France, UK and Canada.

Specjalizowała się w prowadzeniu projektów finansowych due diligence, a od kilku lat rozbudowuję infrastrukturę dla zespołu. Prowadzi szkolenia. Jest coachem i mentorem. Posiada tytuł FCCA. Inspiruje ją profesor Martin Seligman, Mo Gawat i Jurgen Appelo.
