Panattoni Europe sold Panattoni Park Warszawa–Konotopa in Ożarów Mazowiecki, a town just west of Warsaw. No other details, including the price of the transaction, were disclosed. The investment includes two class A buildings totaling 50,000 sqm that are fully leased to 12 tenants, including a paper distribution company and a diesel fuel injection systems manufacturer who together occupy half of the space. After the sales transaction is completed, Panattoni Europe will stay on as facility manager.
