Karol Pilniewicz, Head of CEE, Cromwell Property Group
Karol Pilniewicz is responsible for growing Cromwell’s business and managing the local team in the CEE region. In 2013, following Cromwell’s acquisition of GE Capital Real Estate Poland and the management of the Polish Retail Fund, Karol was appointed Head of CEE. Prior to joining Cromwell Property Group, Karol was the Fund Manager of the Polish Retail Fund at GE Capital; a Management board member of listed property developer, Ronson Development B.V., a Senior Manager in Aareal Bank AG; Investment Manager in ING RE Investment Management. Karol is member of RICS and CCIM.
