The REIT Poland Association and powermeetings.eu cordially invite you to the 2nd Conference on SRWN / REIT – a new investment model in real estate and new investment opportunities in Poland, which will be held on 29th March 2017.

Małgorzata Kosińska is President of REIT Polska, NGO uniting Real Estate companies and specialists active on Polish market. Organization aims promoting and lobbying introduction in Poland of legislation and best practices in REITs. By bringing together excellent specialist REIT Polska can draw from the experience and knowledge of its members. Furthermore she is an independent consultant for Real Estate companies active in the region. She gained extensive experience trough years of work as President of the Board and Board Member in commercial and residential real estate companies such as: Centrum Bankowo-Finansowego „Nowy Świat” S.A  Pirelli Pekao Real Estate, BPH TFI, BZWBK, DTC, Knight Frank, PwC. Hitherto she has experience in commercial and residential development and investment. She is experienced in Asset Management and Restructuration, investment and due diligence. Among others in Centrum Bankowo-Finansowego „Nowy Świat” S.A. she finalized and introduced to the market commercial investment Nowy Świat 2.0 and she was responsible for Asset Management of Nowy Świat 2.0 and Centrum Bankowo Finansowe oraz Centrum Giełdowe. In BPH TFI she was entrusted in establishing investment fund, creating its strategy and structure, leading purchase transactions and management of portfolio of approx. 300mln EUR. In BZ WBK she was responsible for forming and Managing Property Management division. As part of her role she was responsible for supervising processes of Asset Management and sales of Assets located in whole country. In DTC she was responsible for management of 120 000sqm assets. She graduated Warsaw University of Technology, post graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics and Sheffield Hallam University.
